    Key Responsibilities:
    StrategicHR Partnership:


    • Collaborate with EMEA, APAC, and LATAMleadership to understand business goals and challenges, and developHR strategies that drive performance and growth.
    • Provideexpert advice and support on a wide range of HR matters, includingtalent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, andorganizational development

    Talent Management and Development:

    • Work closely with leadership to identify and addresstalent gaps, succession planning, and development needs within theEMEA, APAC, LATAM regions.
    • Support the design andimplementation of training and development programs to enhanceemployee skills and competencies

    Employee Relations andEngagement:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers andemployees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and bestpractices.
    • Lead efforts to promote a positive workenvironment, employee well-being, and a culture of inclusivity anddiversity

    Performance Management:

    • Partner with leadersto implement effective performance management processes, includinggoal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
    • Provide coaching and support to managers in addressing performanceissues and driving improvements. Compliance and HR Operations
    • Ensure HR policies, practices, and programs comply withlocal labor laws and regulations across the EMEA, APAC, LATAMregions.
    • Oversee HR operations, including benefitsadministration, payroll coordination, and HRIS management

    ChangeManagement and Organizational Development:

    • Supportorganizational change initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, andrestructuring efforts.
    • Collaborate with leaders toassess and address organizational effectiveness and efficiency

    HRData Analysis and Reporting:

    • Utilize HR data andanalytics to provide insights and recommendations fortalent-related decisions.
    • Generate regular reports onkey HR metrics to track progress and inform strategic initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similarstrategic HR role, with a strong understanding of EMEA labor lawsand regulations.
    • Proven ability to build effectiverelationships with leadership and influence decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, andproblem-solving skills.
    • Demonstrated experience intalent management, employee relations, and change management.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced knowledge of MSOffice Suite.
    • Fluency in English; additional languageproficiency in the EMEA, LATAM, APAC region is aplus.
