1. Marketing & Events Strategies
- Benchmark and prepares overall marketing strategies and coordination with related government entities.
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
2. Budget
- Meets marketing and events financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
3. Presentation
- Prepare and present annual budget to management.
- Provide/present monthly, quarterly and annual overall achievements of the company based on specific objectives and projects handled or as required.
4. Revenue
- Determines annual and grossprofit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
- Generate revenue via sponsorship programs with companies in Qatar.
5. Client Delight
- Sustains close business ties and rapport with key accounts/clients by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
6. Confidentiality
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential and secured.
7. Project Management
- lead and oversee client's awareness of their business, goods or services; Adept in conducting market research, anticipating future market conditions, utilizing the latest technologies and marketing methodologies and liaising between the client and marketing personnel.
- Management of multiple projects/events and clients simultaneously.
8. New Business
- Source and secure new businesses.
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
Education and Experience
University degree holder of Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing or any related course. MBA is a plus.
7-8 years minimum working experience as a Marketing and Event Manager ideally with an emphasis on Project Management company.
