Responsibilities:

Audit Execution:

Execute internal audits based on the annual audit plan and in accordance with established standards and regulations.
Conduct thorough examinations of financial, operational, and compliance processes.

Documentation and Analysis:

Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations in a clear and organized manner.
Analyze data, processes, and internal controls to identify areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the internal audit team and other departments to gather relevant information and insights.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to facilitate the audit process.

Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of comprehensive audit reports for review by the Head of Internal Audit.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging risks, and changes in regulations.
Actively seek opportunities for professional development to enhance audit skills.

Compliance:

Ensure that audit activities adhere to internal audit policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of a strong internal control environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in internal audit, with a focus on State Audit Bureau operations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with audit software and tools.
