Responsiblity:

• Gainingan understanding of the client's needs and requirements andcommunicating them and the quality standards to the productionteams.
• Devisingways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-qualitygoods.
• Devising,improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures forproducts or processes, and training staff to usethem.
• Settingthe requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoringtheircompliance.
• Supervisinginspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providingguidance.
• Ensuringlegal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance withregulatory bodies and with health and safetyguidelines.
• Overseeingproduct development procedures to identify any deviations fromqualitystandards.
• Inspectingthe final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approvingor rejecting the finalproducts.
• Keepingaccurate documentation and performing statisticalanalysis.
• Gainingfeedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports,and assisting external auditors andinspectors.
