As a Consumer Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of consumer relations and customer service within the organization.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company maintains a positive reputation and provides excellent customer service to its clientele.

Your main objective will be to address consumer concerns, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.


Manager Of Consumer Affairs Responsibilities

  • Handling Consumer Sales.
  • Coordinate with Merchandisers
  • Placing and collecting orders from hypermarket.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalated consumer issues, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problemsolving skills in dealing with customer complaints.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal departments, and external partners, to ensure smooth resolution of consumer issues.
  • Analyze consumer feedback and identify trends and patterns to proactively address potential issues and improve customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement improvements in products, services, and processes based on customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement training programs for customer service representatives to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics and KPIs to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in consumer affairs to ensure compliance and provide relevant guidance to the organization.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on customer service performance, consumer feedback, and recommended improvements for senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a consumerfocused industry.
  • Experience in managing and resolving consumer complaints and inquiries.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices and industry trends.
  • Experience in training and mentoring customer service representatives.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with consumer affairs regulations and compliance requirements.

Salary:
QAR15, QAR20,000.00 per month
