Job Description

Overview: The Offshore Construction Coordinator is to plan, organize, and direct the activities of Brown field wellhead modifications project, under the direction of a project manager.

• Coordinate and oversee offshore wellhead brown field modification project from conception to completion.
• Provide project support by developing, maintaining, and reporting on project progress.
• Produce any required schedule analysis for the project and/or deliverables, as required.
• To coordinate the interfaces during project execution to remain within the agreed schedule for the completion of the statement of requirement.
• Review and monitor marine spread plans of Contractors and SIMOPS.
• Develop project schedules, timelines and coordinate with stake holders and Contractor.
• Communicate with contractor, design engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion in liaison with project manager.
• Prepare and submit project status reports to management and other stakeholders.
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Ensure project safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related materials.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure project success.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore construction mainly on offshore Wellhead platforms.
• Strong presentation skills including communication skills in all forms written, oral etc.
