• Provide well technical expertisein the field of well operations, well maintenance and repairs,including deficiency analysis to ensure safe, reliable andefficient well operations in alignment with Company's QGMSdeliverables.
  

Job Context& Major Challenge(s)

• Serve asa skilful technical resource to influence and develop WellOperation & Well Maintenance activities in recommending andimplementing improvements that enhance reliability, availabilityand efficiencies within the section.
  
• Major challenge is to standardize the variouswell programs and procedures with different challenges within theoffshore well arena and within the confines of the approved budgetwhilst ensuring no base business distraction.
  

Key Job Accountabilities -I

• Oversee and coordinate all wellmaintenance, well integrity testing and well repair activities toensure well reliability and availability that meets company& shareholder expectations.
  
• Establish & maintain well O&Mstrategies and well maintenance plans in support of issuedProduction Volumes forecasts, which are aligned with Well Integrityexpectations and that conform to both regulatory and QGMSrequirements.
  
• Respond toemergencies to ensure minimal safety or financial impact to theinstalled assets.
  
• Coordinate withthe Offshore Management teams on both NFB & RGA and theassigned well maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effectiveexecution of approved well operations and maintenance procedure,including those utilizing any third party services or OEM vendorssupport.
  
• Evaluate and analyse thirdparty technical reports for relevant OEM's or shareholderSME's to assess value adding potential to theCompany.
  

Key JobAccountabilities - II

• Oversee theimplementation of continuous improvement initiatives within thesection, to improve current working methods and optimizeworkflows.
  
• Collaborate withmanagement in facilitating both internal and external sectionaudits.
  
• Oversee the process of workscoping and work program development and review for non-routine orhigh potential consequence well actives with a high of degree focusto ensure effective and secure execution including theincorporation of new wells from expansion.
