In this temporary job, you will be involved in supervising the site operation team and overseeing food service facilities leased by sub-operators either in _Corniche, Accommodation Sites or in spots near the football Stadiums_.

The site supervisor's responsibilities include ordering site supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training subordinates. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.

To be a successful site supervisor, you should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of the most updated food & beverage safety regulations.

Ultimately, an outstanding site supervisor should be able to interpret plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Site Supervisor Responsibilities: _
• Inspecting sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the team as well as sub-operators.
• Educating site workers on safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of site operation team attendance.
• Instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyzing data to ensure that projects meet safety and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
• Requirements: _
• Completion of Level 4 Food & Beverage (HSSE) training program.
• Bachelor's degree in HRM, project management, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as a supervisor (related to F&B is a plus).
• CPR and first aid certifications.
• Sound knowledge of the latest food safety regulations.
• Outstanding leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Can understand English and arabic is a plus
• Have valid QID and Temporary NOC letter
