will be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the higheststandards:

• Manage guest queries in afriendly, timely, and efficient manner

•Serve Alcoholic/non-Alcoholic beverages in conjunction withlicensing/liquor regulations for residents andnon-residents

• Ensure knowledge of menuand all products

• Ensure mis-en-placeis well stocked at all floor stations

•Follow correct reporting procedures if faced withissues

• Ensure Food and Beverage ordersare of a consistently good standard and delivered in a timelymanor

• Practice Hilton Groomingstandards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personalhygiene

• Comply with hotel security,fire regulations and all health and safetylegislation
