• Leading a team of4 Technicians to support the safe delivery of approximately 70,000bopd
• Acting as a Performing Authority to ensure that allControl & Instrument works are carried out in accordancewith the Permit to Work process and company requirements
• Ensuring the timely liquidation of all planned and correctivemaintenance activities relevant for the Control &Instrument discipline
• Providing technical input to keystakeholders related to the execution of campaign and projectscopesJOB DIMENSIONS

OTL, OIM, and OCTeam Other FOPs Entities Day to Day Operations AsRequiredACTIVITIES

• Coordinate logistics, Control& Instrument maintenance and repairs of equipment locatedon the platform to ensure the normal operation, while followingestablished company procedures and instructions from the OperatingAuthority
• Ensure inspections are carried out followingthe preventive maintenance program to assure the normal operationof the equipment
• Ensure that any failure or emergencythat may interrupt the normal operations of the Control &Instrument equipment is prevented or corrected, especially SIEMENSturbine / compressor packages
• Create SAP work orders toensure all materials are added and estimated work hours arecorrect
• Coordinate personnel and logistics duringmaintenance and repair work to assure quality andefficiency
• Ensure Control & Instrumentmaintenance backlog is maintained within Company targets
• Provide field input to modifications, technical upgrades andimprovements to support implementation
• Ensure safedelivery of core business through active management of maintenanceactivities and core operational activities while also integratingthe execution of Maintenance and Well Service Campaigns andE&C activities
• Provide Operating Authority withfeedback in order to improve business performance, improveproduction uptime, deliver cost efficiencies and reduce risk withinControl & Instrument area
• Participate in theDaily Permit Meeting and ensure teams strict compliance withcompany requirements and safe execution of all Control &Instrument platform work activities
• Provide direction,coaching and support to team members to ensure targets aremet
• Motivate and inspire staff in the execution of theirresponsibilities to drive a performance culture and encourageinnovative thinking around process safety and assetintegrity
• Act as an Emergency Response Team Member as perHSE training matrix and platform requirements
• RepresentNOC appropriately and in accordance with code of ethics wheninterfacing with internal and external stakeholders
• Promote cost consciousness across entire network of stakeholders inorder to embed a strong cost cultureCONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENTTheControl & Instrument Supervisor is the offshore owner ofkey business and safety critical Control & Instrumentsystems and is overall accountable for all matters relating to theControl & Instrument discipline offshore. The Control& Instrument Supervisor supports the OTL in all mattersrelated to managing the day-to-day priorities and ensuring safedelivery of business priorities. E-Site is located approximately80km NE of Qatar in the Arabian Gulf in an offshore environmentwith imposing limitations to work delivery. The position isoffshore based on a rotational schemeQUALIFICATIONS &EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Education:
Technical Qualificationsrelated to Control & Instruments
IndustryExperience: 10 years of Oil & Gas experience out of which 5years in Production in Control & Instrumentation,especially on SIEMENS turbine / compressor packagesCompetencies andBehaviors:

• Thorough understanding and application ofindustry process safety guidelines and procedures
• Abilityto set and implement operational objectives, drive performance andfoster a performance culture
• Highly motivated, flexiblein approach and with a proactive mindset
• Ability to workwith large teams in a complex and multiculturalenvironment
• Strong leadership, communication andanalytical skills
• Fluent in written and spokenEnglish

Computer literateCertifications:

• BasicFirefighting
• Basic Cause Tree Analysis
• OilSpill Principles and Management Level 1
• Health andIndustrial HygieneAll staff must be willing to participate incrisis response training and to assist during emergency responsesituations if required
