We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable/Paymaster to be responsible for:

  • Processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
  • Performing daytoday financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data
  • Preparing bills, invoices, and bank payments
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
  • Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting procedures and standards
- responsible for processing staff and executive payroll
- responsible for preparing vacation leave, and final payment of staff. etc.....,

  • Knowledge of Hotel Accounting system:Sunsystem preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of

Payroll System:
Oasys preferred but not required.

  • Two years hotel experience required.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • With a positive and cando attitude
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Job Type: Permanent

Salary:
QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
