Graduate of Mechanical Engineering

At least 12 years expereince and understanding in Facility Maintenance

Worked in GCC ; experience is a must

Worked as Senior Engineer - handled staff & subconstractors

  • Ascertain safe work culture at workplace
  • Track maintenance ensuring good KPI performance
  • Plan and execute maintenance based on CAFM
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance work orders
  • Comply with and follow the best industry standards to ensure
  • Attend technical meetings
  • Keep reporting line Manager updated of work progress
  • Perform technical Live audits and QA Reviews
  • Coordinate with Logistics & Procurement department
  • Organize development workshops/trainings for team
  • Consistently track and analyse resource utilization
  • Ensure agreed deadlines are achieved on time
  • Maintain good kinship with Client/Stake holders to ensure longterm business partnerships
  • Develop Monthly, Yearly, Incident, Work completion, Project improvement, Technical assessment reports
  • Ensure the team is competent to perform the assigned tasks
  • Oversee the specialist subcontractors and inhouse maintenance teams
  • Prepare needed documentation and produce permits to work and manage approvals from the authorities
  • Monitor spare parts levels, requirements and availability.
  • Follow all instructions given by the Contract Manager / Project Manager.
  • To prepare needed document for internal or external audit.

Salary:
QAR10, QAR12,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)
