Responsible for formulating and implementing marketing and sales strategy, plans and to enhance brand image whilst achieving sales targets and ensuring quality in the sales process.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales department objectives.
  • Planning/Recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Responsible for scheduling sales staff.
  • Providing yearly the forecast sales volume and budget to the management.
  • Provide the sales process/product Training to the sales team (existing and new comers) from time to time.
  • Preparing daily, monthly and annual sales reports.
  • Follow up the outcome of the sales leads with the sales team generated by the ads, campaign or social media etc.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and as existing customers.
  • Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas
  • Communicating and building a healthy relationship with suppliers
  • Working with the General Manager in regard to pricing strategy business development goals and current market conditions
  • Working with GM and preparing the Business & Marketing Plan for suppliers from time to time
  • Personally involvement by meeting with individual customers and paying fleet/field visits to generate the sales

Qualification, Training and Experience Required for this Position:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
2. 5+ years of experience in a sales role at a dealership


  • Experience in implementation of automotive dealer standards
  • Experience of developing a strategic business & delivery plan
  • Highly motivated and able to work under his own initiative
  • Possessing advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced management skills and negotiation skills
  • Confident with exceptional networking, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English (Arabic would be beneficial)
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Experience:

Automobile Sales: 5 years (required)
