  • Comes with a decade (10 Years) of experience serving as a project manager.
  • Holds 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, specifically in the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrates exceptional English communication skills.
  • Exhibits proficient technical writing abilities that align with FLS code compliance.
  • Displays proactive qualities and adeptness in coordinating with all stakeholders within the client's organization.
  • Proficient in obtaining necessary approvals for scheduled ITM (Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance) tasks.
  • Capable of submitting periodic reports as required.
  • Skilled in leading monthly meetings to discuss progress and strategies.
  • Occupies a pivotal role as the key point of contact, responsible for managing the complete scope of the project.
  • Possesses the ability to guide and lead staff members assigned to individual facilities.

Job Description_

  • Comprehend the stipulations outlined in NFPA, QCDD, and OEM published instructions.
  • Familiarize themselves with fundamental job site safety regulations and prerequisites.
  • Implement troubleshooting methods to identify the origins of fire and smoke.
  • Interpret fire life safety system design documents and manufacturers' guidelines for inspection, testing, and maintenance.
  • Effectively utilize tools and testing apparatuses required for testing and maintaining fire life safety systems and their components.
Duration : 6 Months (Extendable based on successful competition of the Tasks)
Working Hours : 8 Hours and 6 Days

QAR13, QAR15,000.00 per month
