- Collaborate in the creation oforganizational development strategies focusing on leadership, teambuilding and employee engagement.
- Measureimpact of engagement programs against core performancemetrics.
- Work collaboratively with HR to designand deploy engagement surveys, focus groups and organizationalassessments.
- Establish and drive employeefeedback and communication through multiple channels to strengthenconnections.
