• Be responsible for obtaining andmaintaining all necessary supplies from kitchen to set up cafeteriaduring schedule hours of service. % Perform all clean up dutiessuch as sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down tables, cleaningsalad bar, etc.
• Set up and maintain food lineand salad bar as needed on a timelybasis.
