- Execute the procurement strategiesfor the organization
- Establish, implement andmanage procurement systems to enable purchasingprocesses
- Develop and maintain Contracts& Procurement strategy &policies
- Establish Global cooperation andproper alignment with IT, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Services, andOperations
- Leverage and negotiate pricing oncombined volumes of purchasing prioritizing savings opportunitiesand taking a unified approach across all purchasing entities/sitesto get the lowest possible total cost
- Ensureall IT relationships are governed by contracts that align withcorporate mandates and support key business requirements whileensuring continuity of supply at the lowest total deliveredcost.
