Job Descriptions:


She will be is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing the restaurant's daily operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that the restaurant is clean, organized, and properly maintained.

Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including overseeing staff, scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
Providing excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Assisting in the hiring, training, and managing of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and dishwashers.
Creating and maintaining a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee engagement.
Handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.
Ensuring that the restaurant is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
Assisting in the implementation of marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract customers.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing new strategies to improve the restaurant's performance.
