Responsibilities

  • Preference only for Asian Nationality Male.
  • Should be aware about the entire Recruitment Cycle.
  • Should be well versed with HRMIS Software.
  • Should Assist the manager to generate reports and implement the changes if required.
  • Must be available immediately with NOC,Transferable Visa.
  • Must have at least 1 to 2 years of Recruitment experience in Doha
  • Ability to commute/relocate

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as HR officer, administratoror other HR position
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and timemanagement abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • HR Credentials

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
