Responsibilities
- Preference only for Asian Nationality Male.
- Should be aware about the entire Recruitment Cycle.
- Should be well versed with HRMIS Software.
- Should Assist the manager to generate reports and implement the changes if required.
- Must be available immediately with NOC,Transferable Visa.
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of Recruitment experience in Doha
- Ability to commute/relocate
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as HR officer, administratoror other HR position
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
- Outstanding organizational and timemanagement abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
- HR Credentials
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
