Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing executivelevel relationships and stakeholder landscape, creating endtoend solution architecture.
  • Experience in leading cloud transformations, including customerfacing migration, program management, service discovery, assessment, planning, execution and operations.
  • Experience with architecture, developing, maintaining technical solutions in virtualisation or cloud environments.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience working with channel partners, systems integrator, and thirdparty developers to deliver successful solutions.
  • Experience with deployment and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible).
  • Experience with reading software code in one or more languages (e.g., Java, Javascript, or Python).
  • Experience in deploying distributed data processing systems in one or more of the following: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Experience in systems design, architecting or explaining complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs, and methods available.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Arabic fluently.

About the job:

As a Cloud Consultant, you will specialize in the consulting, program management, governance, and orchestration of cloud engagements. You will support both our customers and internal teams' delivery and execution of our largest programs.

  • In this role, you will contribute to a background of experience/knowledge in areas such as architecture design, distributed systems, infrastructure migration, and deployment strategies. Additionally, you will navigate ambiguity, work with cloud technologies, and enjoy working with customers.

Responsibilities:


  • Work with customers to help shape a program of work to meet their business requirements and results with Google consulting services.
  • Interact with sales/partner leads and technical stakeholders to translate complex customer requirements into recommendations for appropriate solutions and consulting services.
  • Execute on project management responsibilities inclusive of scoping activities, structuring a team, and delivering in a timeline during consulting engagement.
  • Work closely with geographically dispersed internal teams, Product, and Engineering to package best practices and lessons learned into thought leadership, methodologies, and published assets.
  • Understand customer needs and help shape Google's longterm product strategy and share the knowledge and skills to grow the team.
