A Qatar-based, group of holding companies with various business sectors in Industrials, Materials, Transport, F&B, Apparel, and professional services. Our company is looking for a qualified accountant to streamline the flow of business operations.


Key tasks:


  • To ensure the corporate integration of finance, treasury, and cash management objectives, policies, and procedures
  • To ensure the coordination of internal reporting and development of management reporting and analysis of the company's financial and operating performance are aligned with the quality assurance and improvement plan incorporating best practices
  • Manage funds to ensure optimum utilization with reference to available resources
  • Forecasts the requirement of funds for both shortterm and longterm goals
  • Actively take part in budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting
  • Facilitate financial reports and have a keen eye for profits, losses, etc.
  • Monitor cash flow, prepare accounts, and work on financial models
  • Manage and oversees a finance team capable of accomplishing an internal finance function

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or any equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 02years' experience in Qatar as an Accountant
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize your workload appropriately
  • Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment and adaptable to change
  • MS Office strongly focused on Excel.
  • Good knowledge of Accounting Software
  • Strong English Verbal and Written Communication
