- The focal point of all Rental/repair and recertificationwork carried out in the NOV Doha workshop (ISE). Contact customerspromptly and pass the work status information every two weeks.
- Prepare the work route sheet and share it with ServiceTechnicians. Conduct daily toolbox meetings, advise the dailyactivities, and ensure the work is carried out safely. Publishdaily allocation sheets to ensure all resources are utilizedproperly.
- Update the ongoing work status/ daily workshopservice activities to the next upper-level management. Ensure thatcompany properties/tools are properly used in a safe manner.
- Ensure the initial inspection report is submitted to thecustomer within two–three days and service is finishedwithin the agreed time frame. Keep the spare inventory and updatethe shortages within the time frame. Disseminate work-relatedinformation between the Service Technician and Line manager. Followup and receive service / rental purchase orders and create salesorders/ work orders in JDE. Open, close, and invoice the workorders. Book the time & cost in work orders before closing.
- Prepare the localquotations and submit them to the customer promptly. Follow up forthe work order closing and ensure the technician's timebooking on each work order before closing. Invoice the work orderwith supporting documents after the job is dispatched. Inform thecustomer and ensure the equipment reception in their system. Updateall service, sales related logs.
- Coordinate with theaccounts team and customer to ensure all purchase orders arereceived. Prepare work files for the service team and follow up ondaily work status. Generate the latest work pack and update it ineach service folder. Follow up and ensure all work-related foldersare updated within the time frame.
- Coordinate with thecompany HSE team for HSE-related activities. Arrange Third partyfor Inspection /testing/test witness/ certification.
- Prepare the documentation/ Service report and send it to theCustomer once the job is done and dispatched
