Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software and systems, internet access, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
Respond to program error messages, find and correct problems, or terminate programs.
Maintain inventory of all technology devices and perform regular system backups.
Provide network communications support and manage user accounts, including set up, removal, and password resetting.
Install, configure, and modify workstations, including desktop computers, laptops, docking stations, and printers.
Educate users regarding procedures for securing Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
Read technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or provide technical assistance
