- Manage People Ops Partner and TeamLead, People Ops.
- Serve as escalation for allcontract related questions fromstakeholders.
- Create scalable and efficientpeople operation workflows
- Manage relationshipwith internal stakeholders across the business to ensure hiringprocesses are efficient and wellmanaged
- Support the HR Business Partners withcore people functions requiring individual or bulk uploads ofdocuments, data or information changes, team member role orcompensation impacts, and contractor/employment agreement impacts(including off-boarding, performance management, compensation andpromotion cycles, etc).
- Program specificinstances and workflows into HRIS system so we can enhance our teammember experiences (e.g. off-boarding email voluntary /involuntary) and partner with HRBP to provide self-serveinformation and changes.
- Help HRBP in creatingreports with required fields from our HRIS and other systems toallow us to run HR Analytics.
- Help us ensurebest in class team member support when responding to questions andresolving issues including team member employment or serviceverifications, access requests andclaims.
