We are looking for a dedicated and talented individual to join our amazing team at ZUMA Doha. Our Finance Officer will operate an efficient and effective administration process to meet internal requirements.

Key focus area:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of financial transactions and procedures in line with business policies and procedures.

The Responsibilities

  • Banks cash on a daily basis
  • Compiles and audits daily credit card reconciliations
  • Audits voids, cancelled sales, complimentary and reopened cheques on a daily basis,
  • Checks on the authorization status and reports any discrepancies
  • Checks all delivery notes against invoices on a daily basis
  • Checks weekly stock discrepancy reports and reports any variences
  • Compiles Expense Reports as and when required and produces the reports for authorization
  • Manages Petty Cash, compiles weekly petty cash reports and short banks revenues once weekly accordingly
  • Random spotchecks
Key Skills Required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous restaurant experience
  • Ability to liaise between the restaurant and third parties
  • Experience working with stock, delivery, and invoicing
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong team player and communicates effectively
  • Can work independently
  • Ability to work under pressure and deal with any challenges that may arise
  • Ability to multitask, is flexible and agile
  • Consistently performs at ones best and drives the team to do so
