To ensure that the Food and Beverage logbook is updated daily and signed.- To ensure her actions, duties, and all departmental opening and closing duties are carried out in accordance with the preset procedures.
- To keep the workstation well organised and neat.
- To understand all menus and lists of products served in all Food and Beverage departments.
- To carry out all administrative and secretarial duties as required, ensuring that a high standard of accuracy and presentation is maintained.
- To bring forward all incoming mail, messages, and documents as requested for the attention of the relevant department.
- To arrange meetings, take minutes, and keep notes.
- To ensure a prompt, courteous response and followup to all inquiries made by either external and/or internal customers.
- To receive and place telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- To keep a proper filing system according to the company's requirements.

Pay:
QAR3, QAR5,000.00 per month

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
