- Coordinate and manage the creation ofall digital content such as social media posts, Instagram stories,videos, collaterals, content with marketing partners (ILQ, Qatarliving, Ooredoo, etc.);
- Design, build and maintainsocial media presence i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter;
- Maintain and manage all social media channels;
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely mannerand monitor customer reviews;
- Suggest and implement newfeatures to develop Qgrabs brand awareness and promotions;Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies with the team;
- Develop and implement a content editorial calendar tomanage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
- Define, manage andoversee implementation of an SEO strategy to drive organic brandgrowth through customer acquisition;
- Collaborate withother teams like services, products and customer service to ensurebrand consistency;
- Regularly track and get insights intocompetitors' strategies;
- Stay up-to-date withdigital media technologies and latest trends;
- Suggestideas on how to start selling marketing products such as instaStories, competitions, insta/facebook post, without affecting thecurrent business model;
- Discover, suggest, and attendevents in Qatar, such as QIFF, Sweet Festival, CTC festival, increase brand awareness.
- Get involved in e-campaignsand building potential online promotions and partnerships as wellas e-content & blogs as needed;
- Monitor theallocated budget and optimize marketing campaigns; Maintain costcontrols across all marketing initiatives ensuring on-time andon-budget delivery;
- Measure and report performance ofall digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI andKPIs). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Must possess aminimum of Bachelor s Degree in Business, Marketing or otherrelevant course;
- Proven working experience in digitalmarketing; Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM,marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertisingcampaigns;
- Strong grasp of current marketing tools andstrategies and ability to lead integrated digital marketingcampaigns from conceptual design to execution.
- Highlycreative with experience in identifying target audiences anddevising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, i.e. GoogleAnalytics, NetInsight etc.;
- Experience in setting up andoptimizing Google Adwords campaigns;
- Up-to-date with thelatest trends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurement;
- Good understanding of graphic designprinciples.
- Previous experience in Paid Social is highlypreferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Ability to think out of the box and infuse creativity in everyapproach.
