We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team.

As the Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually shaping our brand and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.

You will combine your exceptional graphic design skills with your keen eye for photography to produce compelling visuals that captivate our target audience and promote our products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Capture highquality photographs of our products, events, people, and locations to showcase their best attributes and tell a compelling visual story.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and photographs maintain a consistent brand identity, enhancing our brand recognition and leaving a lasting impression on our audience.
  • Skillfully edit and retouch photographs to maintain a natural and authentic look, enhancing the overall appeal of our visual content.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas for visual campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage multiple design and photography projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and align design and photography efforts with our marketing strategies.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, photography techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
  • Actively participate in crossfunctional meetings, share ideas, and provide creative input to ensure seamless collaboration with other team members.

Requirements:


  • A degree in graphic design, photography, marketing, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), coupled with demonstrated experience in professional photography.
  • Showcase a strong portfolio highlighting your previous design and photography work, demonstrating creativity, versatility, and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Possess a genuine interest in marketing, understanding how design and photography contribute to effective marketing campaigns.
  • Bring a fresh and innovative approach to design and photography, embracing challenges to deliver cuttingedge visuals.
  • Exhibit a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all design and photography projects.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse team members and understand project requirements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving marketing strategies and incorporate feedback into the creative process.

Salary:
From QAR1.00 per month
