• A Bachelor's Degree in Art& Design or an equivalent subject.
• Exceptionalsubject knowledge, with extensive experience of teaching theBritish National Curriculum in Key Stages 3, Key Stage 4 and KeyStage 5
• Recent experience teaching i/GCSE and AS/A levelArt (preferably with either Cambridge or Pearson InternationalExaminations)
• A desire to help build a thrivingdepartment.
• A proven track record of providingoutstanding teaching and learning.
• Knowledge of how todifferentiate teaching materials so that all pupils have anopportunity to access the curriculum.
• A willingness totake part in extra-curricular activities after school

• An ability to teach a second subject.
• Experience of teaching pupils with English as anAdditional Language or English as a Second Language.
• Experience of integrating technology into secondary teaching.
• Experience of, or an understanding of how STEM educationcan be integrated into the secondary curriculum.
• RecentUK experience and previous international teaching experience.
