We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a contract and claims manager with a specialized focus on client-side structuring and substantiating of claims.

*Key Responsibilities: *

Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from negotiation to execution.

Work closely with project teams to identify, analyze, and articulate contracts- related claims.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Develop and implement procurement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to develop and review contract terms.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage contract modifications.

Mitigate risks by identifying and addressing potential contractual issues.

Communicate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

*Qualifications: *

Proven experience in contract management or a related field.

Excellent client liaison and people management skills.

In-depth knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Bachelor's degree in business, Law, or a related discipline.
