Are you a detail-oriented and organizedindividual with a passion for accounting and finance? We arecurrently seeking an Accountant to join our team and play a crucialrole in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the smoothoperation of our accounting processes


Responsibilities:
Dailysales reconciliation and updating excel records. Recording cash andcredit card transactions in the books of accounts. Enteringcorporate credit card transactions on a daily/weekly basis.
Updating and distributing sales reports to the concerned parties.
Assisting in the processing of utility bills and arranging paymentsthrough corporate credit cards. Supporting the preparation of taxreturns, with a focus on WHT (Withholding Tax). Collaborating inpayroll preparation. Verifying and vouching for petty cashexpenses, ensuring accurate accounting in the books. Assisting incompleting the annual audit and providing necessary financial datato auditors. Managing payments tosuppliers.
