MyFatoorah is one of the largest Fintech solutions providers, with regional operations and growth across the MENA region.
We are seeking an experienced and talented Account Manager to join our family in Qatar - you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and continued success with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow revenues by developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell products and/or services.
- Closing endtoend client deals, including contract negotiation and agreement formulation.
- Work with crossfunctional business partners (Product Development, Operations, Technology, Compliance) to secure new and existing client opportunities.
- Analyzing account performance reports, generating leads and identifying opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Subject matter expert and point of contact to a portfolio of clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of account management experience is a must.
- Experience within the following industries is a plus: Financial Services, IT Solutions, E-Commerce, Telecommunications.
- Excellent communication skills (Languages: Arabic & English).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's Degree is required (Business Administration, MIS, or any related discipline).
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
