Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning, organizing, managing, and executing the finances and financial goals of the hotel.
- Hotel operation forecasting and Budgeting and implementation in system.
- Managing the cash flow.
- Oversee all aspects of accounts payable.
- Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies, to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of monthend information.
- Preparation of management reports, financial statements and other financialrelated reports and correspondence.
- Managing the inventory of the hotel with the storekeeper alongside the procurement manager, F&B manager, Housekeeping manager and other department heads.
- Management of accounts receivable with incoming auditor and A/R and managing OTA including distribution of statements, following up on outstanding invoices, processing remittances, reconciliations etc.
- Payroll processing.

- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to operate in a mentally and physically stressful situation.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS system, hotel accounting system, and hotel sales system.
- Able to work flexible hours/extended shifts as required and to meet deadlines.
- 35 years of related experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from accredited fouryear college or university
- Experience with accounting software and PMS software.
