Responsibilities:


  • Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, resources, and milestones.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project team members to track progress and address any issues.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Prepare and present reports on project status, including budget, timeline, and risks, to senior management.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive results.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
  • Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
