Essential duties andresponsibilities

• Manage the operationof Laundry section.
• Instruct and superviselaundry team to delivery optimumservices.
• Ensure the smooth operations of thedepartment in order to comply with all corporate and hotelstandards.
• Provide the technical andprofessional skill and knowledge to the team ensuring the excellentlaundry services.
• Supervise the implementationof laundry standards and procedures.
• Assist theDirector of Housekeeping in monitoring the operation and relatedprojects.

StandardResponsibilities

• Comply and adhere tothe Rosewood company policies.
• Take on othertasks in addition of the ones stated, in a reasonableframework.
• Be a "brandambassador" at all times and ensure brand integrity andclarity are always maintained.
• Model thecompany's culture, vision, mission and core values at alltimes.
• Review Rosewood Brand standards andquality standards (LQA) on a regular basis and ensure they aremaintained and delivered at all times.
• Ensurenew technology and equipment is embraced, improving productivitywhilst taking work out of the system.
• Establishand maintain an inclusive environment by ensuring effective twoways communication processes are set up (individual reviews,regular departmental meetings).
• Responsible forthe recruitment, in conjunction with the Talent & CultureDepartment, of associates.
• Identify trainingand development needs on an ongoing basis through hands-on supportand frequent interaction with associates.
• Leadby example in terms of appearance, mannerism, etiquette, behaviorconduct, principles and values. Manage by walking around atappropriate times and leads by personal example in terms of guestinteraction.
