  • Minimum 3 year as Knowledge Centre / Centre of Excellence specialist or Digital Product Sales force trainer
  • Acquainted with Digital knowledge sharing tools and methodologies

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Design and conduct training and events to foster a continuous learning of Digital Solutions at OpCos
  • Implement a Knowledge Center, with easy access to a different set of skills required for solutions.
  • Support the development of commercial plans, and aligning any upskilling needs (training, etc )
  • Develop (with support of Marketing tools and experts) a set of artifacts and multimedia materials
  • Curate content and tagg relevant data for easy access when requested.
  • Use digital experiences to convey powerful messages to our OpCos Sales teams and customers.
  • Train design and digital upskilling
  • Work with Product team and OpCos for successful GTM plans and rollout. Measuring efficiency of such GTM approaches.
