We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience using Odoo Online ERP. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing financial operations, leveraging the full potential of Odoo to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Advanced Odoo Utilization: Demonstrate strong proficiency in utilizing Odoo Online ERP for comprehensive financial management.
Leverage advanced Odoo modules and features to optimize accounting processes.

Financial Record Mastery: Maintain meticulous and detailed financial records using Odoo, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Implement best practices for data entry and documentation within the Odoo platform.

Accounts Payable and Receivable Expertise: Oversee complex accounts payable and receivable processes with precision.
Utilize Odoo functionalities to streamline invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

In-Depth Financial Reporting: Generate in-depth financial reports using Odoo for strategic decision support.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management based on Odoo-derived data.

System Customization and Optimization: Participate in the customization and optimization of Odoo modules to align with evolving business needs.
Collaborate with IT and development teams for any necessary Odoo enhancements.

Financial Analysis and Planning: Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
Utilize Odoo data for trend analysis and proactive financial decision-making.

Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and training to junior accounting staff on Odoo functionalities.
Share expertise in utilizing Odoo for efficient and accurate financial management.

Continuous Odoo Education: Stay abreast of the latest Odoo updates, features, and best practices.
Proactively suggest and implement improvements based on Odoo advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of senior-level accounting experience with a strong emphasis on Odoo Online ERP.
• Proven expertise in implementing and customizing Odoo modules.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
