Chief Marketing Officer
Role:
- Develop and drive marketing strategies and positioning for the various group entities.
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy including brand management, market research, product and services marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
- Manage all digital, print and event assets including content creation and digital marketing.
- Continually identify and improve positioning and core customer segments of various group products and entities.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute innovative, customerdriven marketing.
- Set marketing goals and objectives.
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy and contribute to the overall growth of the group.
- Review and manage content marketing strategy.
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department and manage budgets.
- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports.
- Work with the commercial teams and group stakeholders across the group and create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy.
- Use data and reports to make evidencebased decisions.
- Analyze company's marketing strategy and ensure continuous improvements.
- Stay up to date with competition, the latest technology and best practices.
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage and coordinate the PR activities of group, including media liaison.
- Monitor and report all the marketing activities and their results through digital tools.
- Regularly research market conditions for current and new trends
- Sustain a good work environment and ensure customer, stakeholder and employee satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in handling marketing and communications for entities in technology, services and diversified lines of business, preferably having worked with a diversified group.
- Experience working with various marketing tools relating to market research, data analytics, website development, product branding, visual communication software, written communication, and public relations.
- Proven ability to design and coordinate marketing campaigns across traditional and modern channels.
- Expert in digital and social media marketing with handson experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, Web Trends, Salesforce, etc.
- Indepth knowledge of big data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work across teams and various stakeholder levels.
- Very strong digital marketing skills.
- Being customercentric and with excellent presentation skills.
- Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
Salary:
QAR15, QAR25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
