    Accountabilities:

    • Effectively Master Data Management. Workflow &email request received from departments are processed as per SLA.
    • Support users in effectively using Payables,Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Purchasing & Inventory.
    • Carry out supplier call backs to verify bank detailsreceived in workflow request form departments to avoid BusinessEmail Compromise.
    • Ensure all interfaces data are posteddaily to ensure core ERP is reflecting financial data from dailyoperations.
    • Interface error are resolved on daily basis.
    • Test solutions given by Oracle and coordinate with IT toimplement the solution to production instance.
    • SupportApplication upgrades.
    • Ensure timely & accurateperiod closing
    • Staff Training.
    • Coordinatewith Oracle (SR) & IT to resolve issues in ERP.
    • Support & coordinate period closing activity with financeteam.

    Qualifications About you You will possess:

    • Experienced - minimum 2 years of job-related experience required
    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
    • Degree inAccounting or equivalent.
    • Diploma in Computerapplication or equivalent. Preferred
    • OracleCertification in

    Finance Modules Job Specific Skills:

    • User Level experience in Oracle ERP Finance Modules .
    • Excellent computer skills, including MS- Office.
    • GoodJudgment and problem solving
    • Good conversational skillto handle calls with suppliers.
    • Ability to workindependently.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality ofinformation & records.
