3. Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standard procedures while complying with legal regulations

4. Check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings

5. Use construction management computer applications

6. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers and clients, representing the owner or developer
