    Specialist Enterprise Cards and Payments Nair Systems
    • Doha, Qatar

    Nair Systems is currently looking Specialist Enterprise Cards and Payments for our Qatar operations with the following terms conditions

    Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in application support, preferably in SWIFT RTGS or high-value payment systems within banking/financial services
    • Hands-on experience: with SWIFT Alliance FIN, InterAct, FileAct, RTGS platforms or payment gateways
    • Message formats & settlement: Familiarity with payment message formats (MT, MX messages, ISO 20022, XML) and settlement workflows
    • Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell for automation tasks); ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Nagios)
    • Systems & protocols: Knowledge of SWIFT interfaces, Alliance Access/Web Platform, HSM (Hardware Security Module) and network protocols (e.g., MQ, SFTP)
    • Cloud: Understanding of cloud-based payment solutions (AWS, Azure) is a plus
    • Soft skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, auditors and business stakeholders; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
    • Key competencies: Expertise in SWIFT RTGS systems, incident management, technical troubleshooting, regulatory compliance (SWIFT CSP, PCI DSS), collaboration, documentation, process automation, risk mitigation
    Responsibilities
    • Payment Systems Support & Incident Management: Provide Level 2–3 technical support for SWIFT Alliance RTGS platforms and related payment systems (e.g., SEPA, Fedwire, CHAPS); diagnose and resolve issues related to payment message processing, connectivity, file transfers and settlement failures to minimize downtime and financial risks
    • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct RCA for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures
    • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor SWIFT and RTGS systems using tools like Splunk, IBM QRadar or proprietary monitoring solutions; perform scheduled maintenance, patches and upgrades in coordination with infrastructure and vendor teams; validate system stability post-change and adhere to ITIL-based change management processes
    • Compliance & Security: Ensure SWIFT and RTGS systems comply with global standards (SWIFT CSP, PCI DSS) and regulatory requirements (PSD2, AML/CFT); support audits and vulnerability assessments; implement security controls, encryption protocols and access management for SWIFT interfaces
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with payment operations, treasury, compliance and third-party vendors to resolve issues and enhance system functionality; document technical workflows, troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles; train business users on SWIFT/RTGS functionalities
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify automation opportunities for payment reconciliation, reporting and alerting; stay updated on ISO 20022 migration and emerging technologies such as API-driven payments
