About This OpportunityWeare now looking for a Back office Transmission Engineer with goodhands-on Managed services ways of working.

He will be responsiblefor coordination, support, management, and execution of maintenanceactivities to ensure that services provided to customers arecontinuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement(SLA) performance levels.

ML6600R6000ML6352Daily work includesusing the following Ericsson ENMSupport and guide NFM/FO-TX onfixing for Trouble Tickets related to Transmission.
Support otherteams for their E-to

• E fixing (BO-Access, TNOC/SDH, GPON,Cisco)Follow up with the design team for the transmission designissues (MW/LB/DCN, SDH/CWO, IPMPLS, and GPON).

Generate MWperformance reports and MW utilization reports through SO-EM ifrequired and take the necessary actions.
Attend Transmissioncommittees for investigation and analysis purposes.
MDT/TCN approvaland verifications for transmission activities.
Audit transmissionnetwork when required.
Opening/Follow-up CSR's with 3rdline support when required.
Configure and install various networkdevices and services (e.g., routers, switches)Perform networkmaintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches,hotfixes, and configuration changeYou will bring Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (EngineeringMajor)5 years IP ExperienceRouter 6000SSR/SE or Cisco orJuniperRouting and SwitchingMPLSOSPFBGPQoSVRRPBFD5 years ofTransmission ExperienceTN, PT, ML MW, XPICSDH nodesDWDM5 years 2ndline support / TAC is a mustCisco and Ericsson certification for IPnetwork is preferable.

Strong knowledge of IP, static and dynamicrouting protocolsExperience in HP switches or routers (e.g QSFP+ Switch, HP 6125XLG Blade Switch, Brocade 16Gb/16cSAN)Ericsson Core, access and charging system IP connectivityfixing skills and knowledge is preferableCloud and virtualizationknowledge and experience will be added advantageTelecom Experienceis a plusScript understanding and writing is a plusWorking in 24/5shiftsWorking on-call in weekends when requiredAdditionalRequiredStrong attention to detail and sensitivity of businessrequirements.
