    As a pivotal contributor to the success of Property Finder theAccount Manager plays a crucial role in retaining and expanding ourcustomer base through strategic business consultations coaching anddatadriven decisionmaking. This position involves managing adesignated portfolio within Qatar with bonus compensation tied tothe achievement of key performancetargets.


    KeyResponsibilities

    • Masterthe Property Finder solution portfolio to become a subject matterexpert.
    • Identify and capitalize onopportunities for business growth serving as the primary point ofcontact for customer accountmanagement.
    • Acquire new clients and adeptlymanage existing client portfolios.
    • Prepare anddeliver compelling business proposals.
    • Utilizea consultative approach to discern customer needs preferences andalign them with suitable solutions and listingpackages.
    • Effectively sell crosssell and upselltechnologyenabled advertising and property listing solutions toexisting Real Estate Brokerages.
    • Cultivate andsustain enduring client relationships through consistent supportand consultation.
    • Record and maintain accuratedocumentation of opportunities and activities in Property FindersSalesForce CRM on a weekly basis.
    • Predictweekly monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts with a high degreeof accuracy.
    • Negotiate contracts finalizeagreements and manage collections to optimize mutualinterests.
    • Establish and maintain customercentric relationships leading to a winwin customerengagement
    • Collaborate with clients and financeteams to ensure timely paymentreconciliation.
    • Work collaboratively withinternal departments to meet client requestspromptly.

    DesiredQualifications

    • Bachelorsdegree in business marketing or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 3 years of professional salesexperience in a SaaS or Subscription environment with a proventrack record of achieving sales targets.
    • Stronganalytical skills for interpreting client data and proposingsolutions to maximize ROI.
    • Exceptional customerservice mindset demonstrating patience in addressing diversecustomer needs.
    • Effective problemsolving skillsto resolve customer complaints.
    • Proficientpublic speaking communication and presentation skills with theability to translate dataeffectively.
    • Desirable understanding of thereal estate industry.
    • Ability to communicateeffectively with key decisionmakers.
    • Assertiveinfluential and highly motivated thriving in a targetdrivenenvironment.
    • Highly computer literateproficient in Excel and PowerPoint with solid experience in usingCRM tools (SalesForce experience is aplus).
