Job Summary:

Manage financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and internal controls

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of the Monthly Management of Accounts.
• Ensure appropriate reporting in SAP FC as per Holcim finance standards (HARP).
• In charge of collating and verifying relevant information required for the medium-term/ annual budgeting, and monthly forecast following set timelines.
• Manage proper postings into general ledger/sub-ledgers following HARP guidelines.
• Responsible for the preparation of required financial information and documentation for audits, both internal and external.
• Prepare final financial statements during the month-end and year-end closings for reporting to the Group.
• Oversee and manage suppliers and customers bank guarantees.
• Work with the Head of Finance/CFO on the preparation of CAPEX proposals.
• Monitor monthly OPEX variations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls.

Education & Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Certified Chartered Accountant – Preferable

Minimum of 5 years in the finance and accounts department.

Other Skills:

Fluency in English language

Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft, etc.)

ERP System knowledge
