    Experience- Min 4-6years

    Education - MCom/Inter CA / CA (not mandatory) /ICWA

    Roles andResponsibilities

    ·Oversee andcollaborate with outsourced partner organisation for book keeping,preparation & submission of standalone and consolidatedMonthly, Quarterly and Annual Financials to the management forapproval

    ·Reconciliationof data, bank statements and other relatedareas

    ·Independentlyengage with Statutory Auditors to ensure timely completion of auditand resolve all theirqueries

    ·Tracking ofDisbursements and Expenses : External &Internal

    ·Preparation,Implementation and Monitoring for all internal financial controlsincluding budgetary controls of allocated

    ·Oversee monthlyvariance, price difference, cost overrun, Capex, assets

    ·Assist inpreparation of budgets, budgetary controls, periodic reviews andhighlights

    ·Co-ordinate withrespective outsourced accounting partners to ensure that necessarytax liability is finalised within specified timelines and ensurethat necessary tax liabilities are paid with relevant authoritiesacross all theGeos

    ·Maintaineffective MIS which aids management control and decision

    ·TimelyPreparation and Submission of MIS to the Reporting

    ·Collaborate withoutsourced partner for AccountsFinalization



    Requirements

    Requirement

    ·Excellent handson exposure in MS Office, particularlyExcel

    ·Clear / conciseverbal and written communication

    ·Workingknowledge of Tally or any other accounting tool (not mandatory, butwould be an added advantage)
