- To ensure implementation of therequired policies of the Hotels Statutory Manual (Health&Hygiene, Food Safety Procedures) within National Law andthat all standards are met.
- Must be at leastHigh School graduate
- Posses Certificate in FoodHygiene/ HACCP Principles
- Good English Command(oral and written)
- Ability to train, coachpeople and write reports
- Ability to flag healthand safety issues to Executive Chef and work towards correctingthem
