    Responsibilities:

    • Drive newbusiness opportunities in key accounts to achieve yearly teamrevenue goals
    • Own and manage relationships withtop partners and brands
    • Strategize big ideasthat align with clients' business goals andobjectives
    • Strategize tactics for sellingbrands into influencer campaigns and othercapabilities/products
    • Lead, own, and act as themain POC through all sold initiatives, including influencercampaigns and/or placements, with support from Campaigns Managementteam and/or Marketing team
    • Proactively assess,clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoingbasis
    • Identify areas of opportunities andunderstand the account, business needs, influencer marketinglandscape, and metrics that may impact businessdecisions
    • Partner with Director of Partnershipsand other Partnerships team members to forecast expected revenuefrom growth tactics for larger strategic dealsizes
    • Work cross-functionally across internalteams to resolve issues that impact business, partners,influencers, and consumers
    • Contribute tooverall larger business objectives related to new business andgrowth opportunities
    • Meet with clients andattend industryconferences

    Qualifications:

    • Ableto perform each essential dutysatisfactorily
    • Reasonable accommodations may bemade to enable individuals with disabilities to perform theessential functions
    • Bachelor's degree orequivalent
    • 5 to 7 years of excelling in a salesor business development role
    • Strong ability tonavigate matrixed organizations
    • Demonstratedability to build and scale processes and strategies to driverevenue for the business
    • Skilled in negotiationof multi-million dollar deals and upfrontcontracts
    • Proven experience increasing yearover year revenue as an individualcontributor
    • Analytical approach to identifyingand solving client issues
    • Ability to analyzedata and insights and utilize them in the salesprocess
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, andoral communication skills
    • Solid references fromclients
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Products,Google Suite, Keynote, andSalesforce
    • Passionatelyprofessional
