This is a 5 month fixed term contract and the ideal candidate will have some exposure to working in an office environment, be highly organised and a detail focused with the ability to prioritise and multi task.

You will work closely with the Office Manager and Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the reception.

They need someone with a naturally helpful nature, a strong service ethic, someone who can think on their feet, respond to last minute tasks with energy and enthusiasm and someone that enjoys taking on any task, big or small, to help with the smooth running of the wider team.
