Looking for dynamic Head of Division to join our company.

In this role, your duties will include supervising the division's staff to ensure daily targets are met, ensuring that all work is completed in line with Division's procedures and policies, and reporting any work-related issues to management.


To ensure success as a Head of Division, you should have excellent Leadership Skills, as well as the Ability to Identify Division's Problems and Solve them quickly and efficiently.

Ultimately, a top-notch Head of Division should have a Strong Working Knowledge of Management Best Practices and the Ability to Motivate and Support Division's Personnel.


Head Of Division Responsibilities:


  • Organizing, planning, and Managing the Daily Tasks and Operations of the division.
  • Evaluating the Division's Performance and Identifying Areas of Improvement.
  • Providing Technical Direction and Professional support to Division's Personnel.
  • Ensuring that staff members Comply with the Policies and Procedures of the division and the Company.
  • Assisting with Employee Recruitment, as well as Helping HR wherever required in the Onboarding Process and Training of new staff members.
  • Working with the Finance Department to plan and develop your division's monthly/Yearly budget.
  • Reviewing Office Operations and Reporting any issues to senior management.
  • Working with the HR department to handle all interdivision disputes and conflicts.

Head Of Division Requirements:


  • A bachelor's engineering degree in Electrical or Instrumentation
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience out of which at least 5 Years should be in a management role.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Management best practices and Strong Managerial Skills.
  • Solid Communication and Team Working Skills.
  • Good Conflict Resolution and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Excellent Organizational and Project Management Skills.
  • The ability to navigate stressful work situations.


  • Computer Literate

  • Work experience in SAP is preferred
  • Experience in EPIC and construction contracts of Large Multi-Million Dollar jobs is a must
  • Shall be committed to implement a proper Health and Safety Culture (HSE) throughout the Organisation.
  • Shall be Committed to the Quality of Work Executed in all areas and shall ensure a Win-Win situation for all the Stake Holders.
  • A Proactive Nature.


Shall report to the respective General Manager and shall be responsible for the generation of revenue and profits as agreed in the yearly Business Plan.
