Responsibilities
- Lead tendering processes (EPC CFT), including preparation of tender documents, evaluation, and award.
- Ensure proper management of interfaces with partners, regulators, and third parties.
- Administer contract execution post-award, including change orders, claims, certificates, and payments.
- Maintain accurate contractual records in PALM (ERP system).
- Provide expert advice on contractual issues and safeguard company interests.
- Promote compliance with HSE standards and company values.
Profile
- Graduate degree from a recognized university in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of contracts management experience in onshore/offshore oil & gas projects.
- Strong knowledge of standard contracts, CFT process, and GEP for tender execution.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value contracts in a multi-project environment.
